Why I’m a trainer
I started my fitness journey in high school, originally to compliment my baseball skills, but soon fell in love with strength training and exercise science.
During my time at Boston University, I was personal training to pay for school, and also dipped my toes into competitive powerlifting. After graduating, I got an office job that had me sitting for up to 9 hours a day. In 2025, I left my life in the office, much to the dismay of my mother, to return to the job that made me happier.
Being a trainer gave me the chance to create positive change in people’s lives, and used my problem solving skills much more effectively. My training style prioritizes strength and flexibility, improving your functional strength while focusing on joint health and mobility. I believe that feeling good comes first, and I will help you build a strong base from which continue your fitness journey
